If your student has been placed in a seat in The Expedition School via our student lottery, you will need to complete the following items in order to enroll. You will need to complete these forms for each child enrolling.

You may bring materials to the school during business hours 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM Monday – Friday.
The application form lists other items to submit. Several items indicated with a * are required in order for your application to be complete and to hold your child’s seat. The immunization record (and item 7 for K students) are due by the 30th day of school each year.

3. Release of Records Form (Print two: send one with enrollment papers and send one to current school.)
Use the release of records form to request records from your current school. The school can give you the records to turn in once they get them copied or they can fax them to our school.
Homeschool students should provide a short narrative of work completed or grades and/or test scores.
Kindergarten students will likely not have prior school records, so these are not expected.
